Jérôme Billotte is the lead founder and director of Amethis. He holds a PhD degree obtained at the Swiss institute for experimental cancer research (ISREC), and an MBA from HEC Lausanne. After several years of research, he became a partner of Strategos Ltd, a swiss based strategy and management consulting firm, where he focused on the management of research institutions and universities. He has since developed academic scoreboards and conducted several research evaluation projects and policy studies for universities, governmental agencies or funding agencies.

Jean-Luc Schlaeppi is a co-founder and director of Amethis. He holds a master in Law and an MBA from HEC Lausanne. His experience includes general management of business units or companies. He his the lead founder of Strategos Ltd, a swiss based strategy and management consulting company were he focuses on strategic coaching of organizations, including universities.
